I don’t regret loving him. But was it love?

I’ll always remember the moments we shared together. We only met five or six times, but those times were enough to leave a lasting imprint on my heart. I’ll always cherish those memories, no matter what happens.

The fact that I kept a journal about you — it wasn’t just about the events, but the feelings, the emotions, the connection. I loved the feeling when we were together, even though it was brief. There was something about you that made me feel seen, understood. Did you know I loved you? A LOT.

Elijah, I miss you. I miss the way things felt when we were together. And though I know it might never happen, I still hold on to the hope that we’ll meet again someday. I don’t know what the future holds, but I’ll carry these memories with me, always.
