So this girl I went to high school with just posted a TikTok that said, “A day in the life of a high school senior.”

And I had to do a double take because… we’re both 21. Like, fully graduated, fully adult (at least legally). I’m sitting here paying bills and stressing about life, and she’s out here pretending it’s still 2019 or something.

It’s honestly kind of creepy. Like, I get that people cope with nostalgia differently, but seeing someone straight up act like they’re still a high schooler? Wild. Part of me wants to laugh it off, and part of me feels weirdly unsettled by it.

I don’t know. Maybe she’s just trolling. Or maybe she misses it that much. Either way, it definitely made me question for a second if I somehow dreamed the last few years of my life.
